Description
Joel presents this inspiring scene in his signature neo-impressionist style, to highlight the vibrant stained-glass sparkle of life energy that radiates from natural environments.
As we hike the mountain trails, we glance up at the wildflowers covering the hillside, and the sweeping clouds in the swirling blue sky complete the scene.
In Boulder County, in the mountains just above the town of Boulder Colorado, we drive up Baseline Road to Chautauqua Park. It offers miles of hiking trails that take us along rocky pathways, and directly into the natural wonders of green fields, lush pine trees, and amazing views of the town below.
You can see that when this mountain was formed, it must have been a rather abrupt transformation, because the rocky angles go every which way, and you realize the power of nature to move rocky layers any way it wishes. At any moment, you're looking at unusual angles, and it's a transformational experience just to be there, letting nature delight and inform you.
