In Boulder County, a solitary sparrow reveals its way of being alert and aware as it sits peacefully, and yet is ready to fly to safety at a moment's notice. Securely protected by the branches of a tree growing by a pond in Longmont, Colorado, this sparrow shows us its beauty, its vitality, and its attentive poise.
