Joel created this magical shamanic work in his signature neo-impressionist style, to express the sparkling glow of the natural world.
In late autumn, from a hiking trail in the mountains of Hall Ranch, just west of Lyons, Colorado, we see a rugged pine expressing its eccentric beautiful shape, as the twilight colors sparkle on the trees and mountain boulders.
