Description
Winter's crisp air brings delight in Boulder County, where we wander along the serene banks of the St. Vrain River, through a wooded area of Longmont, Colorado. In the distance the trees seem to emerge from the mist, as the river's gentle rhythms remind us of the gifts we receive from earth, water, and sky.
Joel created this enchanting vision of nature's healing presence in his signature neo-impressionist style, to express the peace and joy this dreamy winter's day brings to our senses.

Joel, you do something absolutely magical with the reflections in the water. I am totally mesmerized! I love the triptych you did and this is superb as well. The intricacy of the reflections, the feeling of depth and movement is absolutely visceral! WOW!
